Care Certificate

The Course

The Plus training Direct Care certificate  is designed to help your organisation understand the importance of good care .Learners on the course will learn principals of care along with health and safety and the different types and group personalities require on duty of care . It will equip learners with the skills to build effective relationships, highlight positive and negative characteristics and what motivates people. Who Is It Aimed At? 

Plus Training Direct Course is ideal for all levels of employee within a care sector and as part of the induction process for new employees.

The course is also ideal for use as part of the on-programme element of the new apprenticeship standards and can support the knowledge, skills and behaviours apprentices need to effectively integrate into the workplace.

How It Works

Our e-learning is available to use on multiple platforms such as tablets, PCs and laptops. All you need is an internet connection. Learners simply log on accessing the link they will receive after the course purchase and work their way through the course, along with the scenarios that provide them with  context and video .We use an adaptive testing system, so no two people will get the same questions and you must pass each section of the course. The system will ask additional questions if you have not passed a section. If you are not successful in the test, you can review the videos and text again and then retake it.

Certification

Learners will receive accredited e-learning completion certificate, which is downloadable upon successfully finishing the course.
